| Fax the following documents to International Students Center Beijing on or before the Application deadline. |

• 2012 Summer Camp Application Form for international students |
| |
• Certificate or Diploma of previous education |
| |
• Clear copy of passport (personal details and photo page) |
| |
• Copy of bank receipt of the Application Fee (US$100 - Non refundable) and Program Fee(RMB17500) |
| |
• 6 Passport size colored photos (except for red background) |
| |
| After receiving the complete application, Summer Camp Admissions Office will send to qualified applicants a confirmation of a reserved placement in the program. |

| Take the following documents to the Embassy or Consulate: |
| |
• Visa Application Form (completed) |
| |
• Valid passport (it must be valid for the duration of the program) |
| |
• Relevant visa application fee |
| |
• 2 Passport size photos |
| |
| The application fee and program fee need to be paid by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). |
